Aluminium Division
The Aluminium Division (formerly Malaysian Aluminium and Alloys SDN BHD) produces a wide range of secondary alloy ingots confirming to JIS, BS, DIN and EN standards
The alloy ingot manufacturing plant, with an installed alloy ingots production capacity of 40,000 MT per annum, is equipped with best-in-class tilt-rotary and reverberatory furnaces, and allied production equipment to meet the exacting standards of its customer in Asia Pacific region. The Plant is located at Taman Perindustrian Mahkota, Beranang, Selangor.
Quality is the top priority for the Aluminium Division. The stringent process control, well-equipped Quality Laboratory and an expert quality team works to ensure immaculate quality of incoming raw materials and finished products. The quality control checks include multi-stage check of raw materials, chemical analysis of alloys, microstructure analysis, Tartar mould test, Spectrometer analysis and K mould test.
Brass Division
The Brass & Copper Division (formerly International Brass Industries SDN BHD) produces a wide range of brass rods and wires confirming to JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS, EN, BIS, AFNOR, and MIL standards.
The fully integrated and environmental-friendly plant with an annual production capacity of 15000 MT, is equipped with induction melting furnace from Induga, continuous billet casting line from SMS Meer, 2500T extrusion press from UBE, roller hearth annealing furnace from Diado, Draw benches from GOE, I-type Combined drawing machines from Miyazaki and wire drawing machines from Tansaka to produce a wide range of brass rods and wires of different chemical composition, shapes, profile and size; and meet the exacting standards of its customers in Asea-Pacific region. The manufacturing plant is located at Selesa Jaya Industrie, Balakong, Selangor.

The stringent process control, well-equipped Quality Laboratory and an expert quality team works to ensure immaculate quality of incoming raw materials and finished products. The division has technologically advanced equipment such as a Spectrometer from Spectro Germany, Instron Tensile Tester and Wilson Hardness Tester from the USA, and a high-magnification Metallurgical Microscope from Euromex, Holland. Fractography is used to check the internal soundness of rod.
