Dato Muthukumar’s charities and donations as corporate and social responsibility is ongoing for the past 30 years. However, to be more focused and structured, he initiated to establish a foundation. Thus, Muthukumar Ayarpadde Foundation or MKAF was established in 2022

Dato Muthukumar firmly believes that education can play a significant role in improving the economic situation of underprivileged children/youth. These children/youth will have more opportunities in life by being educated,

MKAF works with communities to support and encourage education of underprivileged children/youth by

(a) providing uniforms, text books, note books and school bags to encourage children to go to school,

(b) incentivizing parents to send their children to school,

(c) providing scholarships, paying tuition fees & hostel charges, providing laptops & smartphones to deriving children for pursuing under-graduate college education,

(d) improving infrastructure at schools such as (i) building additional classrooms, (ii) providing/upgrading toilet and washroom facilities, (iii) providing laboratory equipment and test beds, and (iv) providing smart classrooms.

While the primary focus of MKAF is to support and encourage education of underprivileged children/youth, it also works with communities to provide:

Monetary support to old age homes, conduct free medical camps, and support activities targeted at upliftment of the underprivileged members of the community

Collaborations with other Non-Government Organizations, Charitable Organizations, Sports Organizations.

MKAF has recently donated laptops to high achievers from low income families to Tamil schools in Malaysia and free medical camp and welfare activities in India

Dato Muthukumar Ayarpadde as the founder of Muthukumar Ayarpadde Foundation is committed in executing the objectives of this foundation.
