The Die-Casting Division (formerly Castwel Autoparts Private Limited) produces and supplies precision high pressure die-cast and machined aluminium and zinc parts in ship-to-use condition to customers in automotive, general engineering and consumer durable industries. The Division’s manufacturing plant is located at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai.
The Division has best-in-class high pressure aluminium die-casting machines in the tonnage range of 130T to 800T, CNC vertical machining and turning centres, leak testing equipment and allied equipment to meet the exacting standards of customers. It has dedicated vendors for meeting surface coating requirements on the parts supplied to customers.
The Division has the required quality certifications, infrastructure and equipment such as spectrometer, coordinate measuring machines, X-ray machine, profile projector, surface roughness measuring equipment, contour tracer, leak testing equipment, inspection gauges to monitor quality and assure customers of strict adherence to process and product quality.
The Jack Division produces and supplies pantograph & bottle type jacks, and tool kits to automotive passenger vehicle manufacturers. The Division has the capability to design, prototype, validate and manufacture pantograph and bottle type jacks for all categories of passenger vehicles.
The Division has two manufacturing plants, both located at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai. The plants have mechanical presses in the tonnage range of 40 T to 250 T, welding equipment, thread rolling machines, orbital riveting machines, pre-assembly & final assembly fixtures, and in-line load testing equipment to manufacture and test pantograph and bottle type jacks. The plants have a combined production capacity to manufacture and supply 1.20 million jacks per annum

The Stampings Division (formerly UMW Dongshin Motech Private Limited) produces and supplies precision sheet metal stamped parts and welded assemblies to customers in automotive and general engineering industries. The Division’s manufacturing plant is located at Talegaon Industrial Area, Pune.
The manufacturing plant has a robotic 1200T-800T-600T-600T tandem press line, a manual 600T-400T-400T-400T tandem press line; automatic and manual presses with capacity ranging from 60T – 300T, robotic welding lines, manual welding line, automatic and manual stationary spot-welding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce and supply sheet metal components, welded assemblies and body-in-white parts.
